Content and Social Media Manager

Full Time - Salary. Dallas, TX

The Lumen Room is searching for a multi-talented creative with a passion/curiosity for social media, content creation, engagement, and story-telling.

You are ready to dive right into our brand, using your photography/videography prowess to grow all of our social media and communication platforms and reach new markets. Your innovation, curiosity, and self-motivation give you the ability to produce impactful content and use data to create actionable engagement strategies..

Content Creation:

Create consistent content (photos, graphics, copy, and a focus on videos) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, email newsletters, etc.)
Meet with clients across all locations to set up behind the scenes photo/video.
Meet with The Lumen Room team to discuss ideas and determine plans to bring the team’s creative visions to life.

Social Media/Web management

Manage the content calendar across all platforms.
Monitor social analytics to create strategies and actionable goals.
Consistently engage with followers via comments, DM, etc.
Answer all DMs and escalate issues to management.
Stay on the forefront of social and cultural trends.

Qualifications

Ability to produce high quality photos, graphics, and videos.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, particularly within TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook..
