Director of Operations

Full Time - 40 hrs - Salary. Dallas, TX.

Team Leadership

• Schedule changeover hosts across all locations.

• Interview and train Changeover Hosts & future positions.

• Help build healthy company culture:

  • Christmas Party

  • Finding ways to celebrate staff members

  • Creating systems that reward hard work

  • Meet with changeover hosts to encourage and get/give feedback

• Correct/Give feedback to hosts when things aren’t working .
  ***change - emergencies and on-the-job texts will go to Xavier or the group text.

Growth and Strategy

• Creating plans, roadmaps, and guides in shared docs.

  • Launch plan, event how-to, app roadmap, customer experience roadmap, etc.

Philanthropy

• Monthly Giveback feature and credit

• Toy Drive.
