Director of Operations

Full Time - 40 hrs - Salary. Dallas, TX.

Team Leadership

• Schedule changeover hosts across all locations.

• Interview and train Changeover Hosts & future positions.

• Help build healthy company culture (planning staff events, celebrating staff members, creating systems that reward hard work, etc.)

• Meet with changeover hosts regularly to provide feedback and encourage .

Launches/operations

• Inventory management.

• Place orders, shipping, logistics, etc. and keep an organized record.

• Travel to new Lumen Room cities to interview and train staff.

• Act as an organized liaison to contractors during construction

Growth and Strategy

• Help with growth related strategy, organization, and implementation

• .Meeting with Hil and X to generate ideas

• Regular visits to each location to discuss space improvements - place orders and schedule contractors as needs are identified.

Day to Day

• 2 days a week in Dallas with Hil and X

• 3 days a week remote.

Compensation:

• $45k + Benefits

• Gas card

• 2 weeks paid time off
