MEET AUDRIE:

This week we interviewed Audrie Dollins on her tips to finding your “Core Four.” Audrie is an influencer & branding photographer who curates imagery to enhance online presence and accelerate products, brands,& businesses, creating consumer appeal and engagement.

Along with working with some of the top influencers/bloggers, brands, & small businesses to market their products and services, Audrie has designed her own Italian leather camera bag, preset & editing collections, & a one-on-one workshop for small businesses.

THE CORE FOUR:
In Audrie’s words…

“Finding your core four with what you already have within in your business. What is the core four  and what does that look like?

The core four is four streams of revenue that you can create within in your business. Using what you do already and elevating it to the fullest .
This means to come up with revenue streams you can create without physically performing each service.  Within each core four there can be different revenues that stem from it as well, for instance prints, brand deals, and mentoring . Create a strategy within each four that elevates each revenue stream to the fullest.
Hearing this concept hit home with me. As a photographer for almost ten years now I have to be at every shoot to receive any type of income for my photography business and at 36 years old entrepreneur I wanted to expand my services and create streams of revenue that I didn’t have to be physically present to continue making revenue.

Steps to take to find your core four strategy

1.) Identify Your Niche/ Expertise. Your Gift.
2.) How can you help others or make things easier for them with your expertise?
3.) Use the Available & Free Tools to create an experience to link the two, your expertise and helping others make their daily tasks easier. How can you improve their life with your expertise?
4.) Identify simple items or services that stem from or enhance what you are already doing. .

Sometimes you have everything right in front of you , you just have to take the action to make it happen.
